How often are you online?Well until October my time online will be limited because of band, but I make an effort for at least an hour a day.

If given a theme (flowers, anime, red, etc), can you design a layout around it?Yes

What graphics program do you use and how long have you used it (PSP, PS, etc)?PSP 7 and less than a year or so.(These are all of my previews

Go ahead and make a layout page just like in _premade. We are going to incorporate that. We used to just list all the layouts on the layout of divine_designs but have grown so much and had so many layouts we are going to change things. Welcome in! Also, try joining divinedesigners and I'll approve you there, too.
