Food poisoning sucks. And so does wandering about the office on very wobbly legs, cramping, aching and feeling sick until you tell your lovely boss, who says 'you look grey' and sends you home. It wasn't huge amounts of fun, but everyone at work was very kind and understanding.

And I'm with you on the yoghurt - dairy probably isn't the best thing I could eat right now. Toast and Marmite, on the other hand, is the convalescent food of champions :)

My mum was always keen on cream crackers for this sort of thing. And tea is generally life, so that's definitely the plan :)
