Poor Buffy. It is going to be difficult to continue to deny Angel isn't what he appears.

I'm glad poor Spike finally got back to Xander and that they managed to get Cordelia to the hospital. I have a soft spot for Cordelia. :)

Wonderful update as usual.

So sorry to read about your troubles and I'm glad you are starting to feel better. Take care of yourself and we'll be here waiting and ready to read when you are ready to post.

Yes, Buffy pretty much knows at this point, it's fairly obvious...she just doesn't want to say it. She'll obviously be confronting him very very soon.

I feel for Cordelia, too. I'm hoping for a speedy recovery, and maybe a return visit from the boys to see how she's doing.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting. I'm glad you're still enjoying the story.

Damn! I'm so glad you've done this great and exciting and domish-Spike update! I'm still in love with your fic and I thought often about it and asked myself if you would continue this fic. I wish the best for your boy friend and I hope he will soon get a kidney-donate.

Great update and as always I'm addicted to your Spike and Xander and so looking forward to reading more of your fic.

Spike...well, Spike is a demon, so he does have a tendency to behave a certain way, yes. However as you can see, Xander's a pretty stubborn guy. So we'll see how they work that out haha.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting, as well as your well wishes for my friend. I do appreciate it greatly.

So lovely to see more of this, and what a great update. I liked the detail of Spike inhaling in the car - yes, he's a vamp and he likes the smell of the blood, but from his actions afterwards, he obviously can judge what the status of Cordy's wound is.

Yay for Spike and Xander's conversation. At least Spike admits that he knows he's going too fast, but there are mitigating circumstances and once those are over, Xander will get the vampire equivalent of hearts and flowers (only hopefully not literal hearts. *g*)

Poor Buffy knows she's going to have to pull her head out of the sand, it just hurts so much to admit to willful blindness.

And Angelus as always, cranking up the tension!

Lovely chapter hon. Welcome back - I'm glad you're feeling better and I do hope that your friend is doing okay.

Thank you so much. Yes, I think it's important to remember that Spike most importantly but also Julian are both demonic in one form or another. While they may be much more prone to displaying "human" characteristics, that doesn't change the fact that they aren't human, or fully human ( ... )
