truth is, you only reallly feel shitty when you know that you didn't live up to your own standard or do the best you could do. like some lame dude comes along, and you know better than to get involved but you do anyways and you get your heart busted up sucks way harder than if you just genuinely thought it would be good. we can't beat ourselves up too bad for unforseen mistakes but we sure as hell feel fucked up when we saw em coming and were just too silly to do anything about it.

with that said, don't be too hard on yourself (or your body) over there homegirl. take a vacation to the redwoods and we'll fix you up ;)

John, I am a smart girl, I swear! And you're right, that is exactly why I'm so pissed off at myself, otherwise I don't think I'd be taking it this hard. I'm saving up money over the summer so I can take a small trip before school starts in the Fall and I'm thinking I miiiight take you up on that offer! ;)
