I think too much about myself. I need to focus on larger, world issues. I should do this in the future without sounding like Bridget Jones. I love Bridget Jones. And Colin Firth. mmmmm, sideburns.
I focus on myself and think about myself every chance I get--otherwise I won't really have my priorities in line, I'll forget who I am. Nothing else is more important to you and in doing so you are less likely to be selfish as one becomes resentful when they disregard one's self. Most people think about themselves too little or too narrowly. I can't say I've ever met someone I would say thinks about themselves too much. I'd say aggressive selfish people think about themselves far less, as well as passive people (or a combination thereof), in contrast to assertive people (whom I consider to be the least selfish of all).
