Hahah I'm sorry I vaguely remember a cartoon with a girl riding an owl but I have no idea what it looks like or what it would be called. I have that same problem too for there are many cartoons I watched as a kid and can't remember for the life of me. I even checked online on all those 80s cartoons websites and looked at each and every cartoon and nothing! But if you haven't done that then try it!

I did take a quick look... and I eventually found a message board about movies that people can't remember. So far, nothing.

If your mom got so pissed off cause she had to rent the damned thing all the time.. wouldn't she maybe remember the name of it?? SHe was older so her memory of it might be a little better than yours..
