[Walter had heard about Haruki's little ... flower viewing, but had opted to avoid the crowds. Now that the weather is more cloudy and overcast, he heads over to the small grove of trees.

Seeing the magic-wielding wolf in the grove gives him pause, though. It's been awhile, but his own encounter with the wolf had been far from pleasant.]

[Didn't she headbutt you out of her tree? And didn't you BREAK A BRANCH as a result? That's been forgiven, but once the hole is covered up, Ammy takes a break to look up from her work and look down at him. Yes, she can smell you. You smell like fish and all.]

Walter slowly nears, still looking warily at the wolf. That is, until he notices what's scattered around the grove...]

Bones? [...They look similar to tiny pieces of bone, anyway. Maybe.]

But she holds up one of the bones in her mouth, specifically at a part where it's been slashed. It doesn't quite look like bone from there... more like splinters.]

[Yeah, that almost red color didn't escape Kushi's notice, so she'd gone over to try to figure out what was causing it. Sup, Ammy.]

[Kushi~ Oh, you always make her life better, darling. ♥ But to answer her question, Ammy looks up at the tree, then back down at the pieces of fake bone. THAT'S the culprit.]

[There are times when Kushi's bottomless patience pit only applies to a certain gentleman named Susano. Now would be one of those times.]

Oh, this is... this is terrible. [On a closer look...] But are these cursed? I can't imagine fake bones would do this on their own.

[Ammy has no idea, and thus she also looks closely at the bones. But she's also infuriated, so after some inspection, she hits it away with a paw.]

[She's not digging up her own tree! Never will she do that for as long as she's here! That's another outrage!]

[Ammy looks down at the bones, then up at her tree, which hasn't gone back to its original, beautiful shade just yet. THAT'S what happened.]

[Those aren't remains, man! Upon hearing that, she stares at him for a moment, then takes one in her mouth before she spits it out near him. Look at that and tell me that's a real bone.]

[Some of that flying dirt happens to land on the sleeping form of Emil, who after spending the past day and a half trying to break down the barrier (again) has finally given that up for the time being and just sort of passed out underneath the tree.

He makes a small, unhappy sound but doesn't wake up just yet.]

[Well, she hears that and glances over at him... But she's got something else to worry about right now. So, back to her task!]

[Eventually that rain of dirt IS going to wake him up and he sits up, rubbing at his eyes and looking confused.]
