I find that I absolutely love it here in Germany. I feel like I am at home despite the foreigners walking around speaking German... I find myself thinking about what it would be like to maybe fall in love here, to raise a family here, to work here, to have a life here. Sometimes I think about my German teachers, who are actually from Germany,

i definitely felt the same way about changing when i came here. so far all the changes i've made about myself have been positive. i'm now considered the studious one rather than the social one, i actually spend my weekends doing homework, and i've gotten to bed around midnight most of the nights.

i think it will be really neat and fascinating to be able to see americans from another, more culturally educated, perspective.
