No matter how much you check out a place before renting it, nothing can prepare you for the commonly heard noises in the area. These are sounds that I hear on a daily basis and I am working on eradicating the source of each one, one step at a time:

1. Some twat driving some sort of motorized vehicle in circles around his house at all hours of the day.
