My goodness, it has been a while since I’ve written.
Quick re-cap I suppose. I graduated from high-school. I broke up with my boyfriend, Thom, of 14 months in February. Started dating Darryl in April, broke up in June. Deferred my acceptance from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon for a year. Had a wonderful summer. Worked as a lifeguard.

I'm glad that you're getting to go to Italy! It sounds like you're going to have a great time. And don't worry too much about the language; the best way to learn another language is to be immersed in it.
