Not a particularly great week once again. At least the weekend's ass-kicking made up for it a bit. Work is starting to get busy so I will probably have to slack on the exercise front for a few more weeks.
Food-wise I was pretty decent except for Friday which involved donuts *and* baby-shower cake.
