UGH I am tired of looking for a new place to live/roommates......

I just came across a GORGEOUS 1 bedroom loft on 3rd street downtown for only $700 a month.  Seriously, all utilities included, modern, etc.  Do i want to live downtown?  I think I'd end up being too nervous or just don't want to deal with downtown bullshit.  Would it be loud?  It's on
