Ghost Hunting after the con

OMG, Qui, Sonia  and I just booked "The Horror Room", on the 10th floor in the Omni Parker Hotel in Boston, for May the 1st!  We plan on stalking the halls all night long with our flash lights, looking for the Bloody Baron, who hopefully will be on holiday and in Boston at that time :)

You don't need any gear *G* Just a flash light and a sense of adventure :) Although I imagine Sonia is ordering a shit load of ghost hunting stuff at the moment *snickers* They put us in the creepiest room in the place, so hopefully we'll get the shit scared out of us.

You are assuming everything is visual. it is not. You need a recorder, you need vid that can film in the dark. You need UV spectrum gear. You need and emf reader.

Since I am as spirtual and "sensitive" as a brick, I won't feel, sense, hear or see ghosts.

I dont care if you are sensitive as the princess with the fucking pea, if you cannot prove it- it's not real. I believe people psyche themselves up. You have to prove it to the folks who cant see. You have to investigate assuming nothing. I am the debunker. I walk in and look for fakes and set ups. You cant get on drinking if you are doing serious ghost hunting. (or smoking int he room either, which is probably not allowed anyway)

I'd love to be one of those groups that goes to the worlds most haunted places. I would get thrown off the show for finding the fake stuff.

I do :) I hope we see something or feel something. That would be so cool. We asked for the most haunted room they had and got it, so Sonia is to the moon! Its in the top 10 most haunted hotels in New England *bounces*

And even if I could manage it for the weekend, I wouldn't have been able to do this anyway as I'd have to fly home asap. >=(
