About a year ago (when it started to look like I might be traveling with some regularity) I bought a luggage set... it's one of these cheapie 4 piece for $40 deals from Target... it the main bag has certainly gotten $40 worth of use, and then some... the top handle was starting to tear, and this last trip one of the "feet" finally was dismembered ( Read more... )

Wow, that's impressively ugly. I suppose if you have one of those branded Coach purses, it'll look like it sorta-matches.

I certainly can't wrap my head around paying that much for a purse... I think the only way I would carry one of those is if they started giving them to me...

And thank you... I was rather impressed with its ugly too :)

Aww yeah! And yannow, I hate to spend money for luggage, but I go through it like crazy, so it's worth it. Ross and TJ Maxx are good places for good luggage that doesn't cost a whole lot. And they have ugly stuff too! I share your ugly luggage asthetic.
