HANDMADE NAVY SAILOR BUSTLE SKIRT
This was my first bustle skirt, and I'm sad to part with it, but it needs a better home as it's not really my style anymore.
Worn twice and recently washed.
The waistband is full elastic in the back, and it can fit a max waist of about 32"
The length is a tiny bit on the short side at 20", so be weary of that.
A ruffled white underskirt worn underneath would look pretty great though.

Can fit a max 32" waist, but that is the absolute max without the gather in the front waist distorting.
