Buying PUL?

I'm having the hardest time getting my hands on some PUL. I bought some from a seller on Ebay on April 22nd & I'm STILL waiting for it to arrive

Wazoodle is in Canada, and they do both PUL and Pro-Care (I'm not sure what the difference is). They accept Paypal too.

Most companies were using Fabrite as their PUL Manufacturer and Fabrite is having Issues, causing people to scramble to find new PUL

I've gotten pul from etsy in diaper cuts to see if I like using it in my pads as a test before using the big bucks for it
