Those are cute! I love the cut.

In regards to the zipper placement, it probably is actually in the proper direction for a women's garment. Women's jeans open from the same direction as men's pants/shorts/jeans (not sure why, maybe because jeans were only worn by men at first.) Women's dress pants and dress shorts are supposed to open from the opposite side as men's pants. Jeans are the exception to that. :)

Ps- you may already know all that, I just can't tell from the photos (viewing on my phone) which side the zipper is on. :)

I knew that it was supposed to be the opposite side, I didn't know about the jeans though. I'll go and look at my dress pants, man it's been a while since I last wore them.
