I was born this day, 26 years ago.

2 years and 2 days ago, I sat in the apartment room I had rented for my graduation week, breaking into new Moleskine books I had bought alongside my breakfast coffee (an early birthday treat!...The Moleskines that is), cocooned in my artificial warmth while the typical New Zealand spring rain misted outside.

Hahaha, and yes, magic and monsters are totally awesome, if painful to deal with.

Welcome to livejournal! I actually have a similar rule to you - write 500 words a day, which I haven't been doing. Damn you school! Anyway, happy writing!

Augghhh! I know what you mean! I *just* got home, and it's 11pm (again! already! whyyyy!!!). Worse still, I'll be starting early these 2 weeks -- early as in, I need to be at work by 7am. Which means I have to sleep now or risk being even more zombified than usual.

Buuuut...I made a promise to myself. So I'm going to squeeze out a few words on paper. They'll probably be horrendous, so wish me luck!!

p/s: I SO WANT TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT FEVER SERIES!!!

Barrons is so. Freaking. HOTTTTT. Like OMG sex on legs!!! I'm ashamed to admit this but I haven't read Shadowfever yet. So I'm going to be remedying that THIS WEEKEND.

I have a really similar goal to you, but instead of 500 words, I upped it to 750 words (it gives me a nice almost 5k a week :P).
