I'm one lucky bugger who has to attend a conf call only once in two weeks but given my attention deficit, my thoughts in the next call would probably wander something like this:

"Spanish GP... Alonso's engine... flickr groups... oh, lemme upload that photo tonight... can't root for Hamilton just yet... 400mm telephoto... aperture... will Ron Dennis retire next year?... wideangle... LoTR marathon... need a house... stock price... yahoo... hadoop... [loud] what's that? uh yeah, I submitted a patch for that bug and it's under review."
