i started a food diary today, but it's also about my general activities and moods. with all of this raw superfood going on in my life, i feel that now is a worthwhile time to commit my progress to record for at least 30 days

Just don't get too frustrated if you deviate from your path. Whether a lack of time or space or money causes you to stray from your nutrition and exercise path, keep in mind that you're not on a 'diet', you're on a life(universe)long journey. (and of course, mistakes should be learned from) I'm not directing this at you, but SO many people 'try' to start eating better, etc, only to become frustrated to the point of quitting. the raw food thing is just something that my body's leaning toward now. i've seen some interesting signs of detox because of it, even though i'm not following it strictly. as long as i have the means to supply myself with fresh produce, i don't see much problem in maintaining this diet. if i want a cookie or something, i'll have it. but my taste for concentrated sweets and processed foods is diminishing big time, so i'm just going with it. the acv spray is a good idea. sometimes when i have supremely massive greens to wash, i have a difficult time so i do it once before chopping, once after chopping, and one more time before preparing.
anyway, any time that you question a person about her eating habits, the conversation is bound to be tense!

"i started a food diary today" - Fantastic. I plan to do the same shortly. I'm looking into a vegetarian stint; I'm thinking 3-6 months to start with.
