Some happy things to report. The conversation with el Capt. lead to Jer's mean sargeant actually being kind and helpful. Jer now has a direct order to move me out of this hell hole in the middle of hell to a mold/bug free environment. That sargeant worked in real estate before he joined the army and said there's no one-day fix for any mold
