If you could recommend I read ONE book in the holidays, what would it be?

Oh cool! Reading time! I would recommend Bruchko- an awesome autobiography of a 19 year old missionary dude that went to unreached tribes in South America in the 50s. Go read it :)

I say this with an ulterior motive. Read The Crystal Cave by Mary Stewart. It's the beginning of a trilogy, and I love these books! The story (and the other two) tell of Merlin. They start in his childhood, and are three of my favorite books.

I would recommend reading "The Cabala" by Thornton Wilder. I just finished it and....oh...it was very, very beautiful. I think you'll like it. :)
