the living will and directives are a very prudent thing, but i can understand the emotions behind them. (i have both too.) it's serious surgery, sure, but you're young and strong. jeannie, who knows a lot about this kind of surgery, told me she expects you to bounce back very well. best wishes with the op and the recovery from it. i'll be in touch with jeff. ♥

Scary, but exciting! I know you've been waiting a long time for this. I have several friends who have gone through it, and they look great and feel better than ever, which is the most important part! David and I will keep you in our prayers...and I hope we get to see you in July, since we missed you at Xmas!
