today i put down the deposit on the house. it's all mine, move-in starting october 23rd. goodbye roommates and hardwood floors, hello solitude and a place that's my own.

today i got my BP check. for $12,000. i've never had so much money in my entire life.

i flew a plane thursday afternoon.

well, it's over. moving on.

we may or may not be moving. the a/c upstairs is broken. we haven't had hot water since thursday. the pool is looking better but still isn't swimmable. our electricity bill for the month is $600. our landlord told sam he had to get rid of his dog. and they've put the house on the market and expect to start showing it next week. sam already typed up ( Read more... )
