Here is an update on the trial. Last night the state rested its case and this morning we will begin with closing arguments. The jury is expected to go into deliberation this afternoon and we are all keeping are fingers crossed that they will be ready to hand down a verdict before the close of court at 4:30 this afternoon, if not
