I completely agree with you: respect and forgiveness, hand-and-hand with the art of apologizing seems to have disappeared from our everyday relationships. Although I do not want to be the pot calling the kettle black, I do believe that you should apply these virtues to your own life before you start preaching to others. Not that it matters anymore, because I'm sure you don't give two shits about your past and the people you have hurt, but you have hurt some of the people who used to be your close friends. Why this happened, depresses me, because there was no real reason except the differing degrees of maturity. Relationships are give and take, but you can't force someone into doing something they don't want or are ready for. You also can't force an immature person to have a mature relationship. I am not looking for our friendship back, or even that we be civil to each other. What I want is for you to realize why you have ended up in the state that you are now in, and why your friendships and other relationships have ended as they have
