I was sooo sure I was going out last night that I left my van on the street in front of my building. For some unexplainable reason there is no parking after 2am in front of my building. I get the no parking during he morning rush hour. It is University Ave. after all. But I didn't get a ticket for that. I got a ticket for parking on my street at 3: ( Read more... )

Maybe it's because you're in Saint Paul? I got a parking ticket over Halloween weekend downtown and it was $35.

A long time ago I lived in a dumpy apartment behind the Basilica in Mpls. and got a $20 parking ticket almost everyday for months because there simply was nowhere else to park, especially in the winter. I never paid one of them and after a few years it wasn't even on my record.
