Go to the health-food store, or vitamin world, or GNC or whatever...

and get yourself some Stinging Nettle pills. SRSLY. When I moved to Oregon I had HELLACIOUS allergies. Someone suggested this to me back in 2005 and I haven't had allergies since.

It's like rattlesnake venom as the cure to a bite. You acclimate your body to Oregon pollen somehow the Nettle just worked.

Was amazing.
