I haven't talked to you in the longest time. I always see you online and read what seems to be your cryptic entries, but I've always been glad you still consider me to be one of your friends. We should hang out sometime.

I do, but they understand why I'm trying to better myself. Brian just up and left them and never really hung out with them afterwards. If anything he was really roundabout condescending to them afterward. I don't judge anyone, I just know that it made me feel less than myself, and if they're really true friends they can look past something as trivial as that. Depression and lack of a support group is what drew me towards that lifestyle. I don't need it to maintain my friendship net.

I figured you were having problems, but I didn't know how deep. I'm glad you're doing something about it... I just remember the stories you used to tell me about your uncle, and your father. I don't want you to end up like that, so it makes me glad to hear you're quitting that stuff.

I figure it doesn't mean much coming from me, being so long out of your life, but I still spare a quite a few thoughts for you.

It does mean something to me.
I've spared quite a few thoughts for you guys as well.
Thanks again, cal. Distance has never lessened my friendship, just my availability. =P
