"That" game

Adam, can you remember what the name of that game was which is a strategy game cross between command & conquer and mechwarrior? And I can remember the maps were set on 3 levels, subterranian, ground and air and the mechs you built had removable arms. Just can't remember what it was called! Anyone else know what I'm going on about???
