Summer is not going according to plan. Having two jobs makes me want to cry. Redundant Theatre is fun but stressful. I have a great opportunity to do some theatre in July but mom is guilting me out of it ( Read more... )

I totally understand where you're coming from - I just worked 15 hours straight on saturday between my two jobs. I'm quitting one of them, however, because it's in a bad part of town and we got robbed twice in once night and my boss is a dick.

I don't know about the whole awkward with the old friends thing.... NOT! I totally agree, you're not the only one though deary. We've all grown in different aspects since we've been separated. That can't be helpped. I'm sorry. It sucks. It makes me cry actually... *sigh* But yes, there are activities to do other than gettin high or drunk or both... we need to go to the park or something. Walk around downtown. But as Matt Q. put it, we're all too busy, which in my opinion is bullshit, we've got to make time of some sorts to do things other than work. Meh. IM me or call me. I got a car so I am definitely more available. Woot. As to the theatre in July thing. Do what you want and love to do. You shouldn't let your mom guilt trip you. That's not her place. You aren't a lil kid anymore. Muah!

Tell me about it. I have four jobs and can't get enought rest in my apartment compex because everyone around me is aparently loaded and just parties all the time. I find venturing to the parkway to be renewing. You find peace where you can and stay away from activities you don't agree with. Come contra dancing on Thursday. That might cheer you up.

With all your old palsy friends you are awkward. But the two of us, who have always been a little awkward with each other, did not seem very much so when we hanged.
