I got called "ma'am" this summer. I felt like I was 30. so I promptly starting calling every woman who came in "miss," regardless of age. this 60 year old woman looked like she wanted to hug me. ^_^

The problem is the people you're comparing the average college student to. While the people you hang around with can certainly be intelligent, they're also some of the more outwardly immature people here. You can handle the world just fine, you just need to believe in yourself.

It's not my friends I have a problem with so much as the fact that I just never really want to grow up.
Basically, what we're learning here is that I'm too uptight and I need to learn to relax more and live life.
