Interesting film. First impressions is its a character piece. Having only seen Rourke in Sin City, I was kinda curious how he held a movie up by himself.  Overall he was either perfect for the part or he has untapped talent. See Man on Fire (Mr. Washington, Rourke, and a certain Mr. Walken) or Harley Davidson and the Marlbroman (Rourke and ... ack...name escapes me...was on Miami Vice). If your interested in seeing more of him (not great, but not bad either).

I've heard man on fire is good, heh dunno about the harley davidson one, that one sounds... weird? goofy? like a movie about Lucky the leprechaun and the trix rabbit.
