It seems to me that at certain times communication can be overrated. When you try to talk to a friend and give them advice that would generally make their life so much easier yet they don't take it AND continue to complain about no answers to their "sad situation" it makes you want to pull your hair out. You won't be single forever! There are billions of people in the world, I'm absolutely positive you will find the right one, eventually. You're way too nice of a guy to be chronically single!

I have a feeling I'm like those people you described, about not taking advice and then complaining about a lack of response. It's frustrating, for sure. especially because you do give good advice. I guess some people just need an ear rather than a solution sometimes.

Did you vote today?! Excited to see if something will change after tonight!

Have a good week :)

Nothing ever really changes but I do hope that now with a majority govt we can at least get some things done.

At heart I'm pretty much a liberal (at least in terms of my outlook and opinions on freedoms), however, I'm a little bit conservative on fiscal policies. The problems I saw were this, Ignatieff was a HORRIBLE choice for the leader of the liberal party. He looks like a sleazy car salesman, he sounds like one and he did nothing to make me feel comfortable that he wouldnt run us into the ground.

The NDP problem was that Jack Layton would say all these wonderful things about doing this and changing that but never did he spell out HOW he would do that really.

I was happy when the government was Liberal with Martin in charge, at this point I feel like Harper was the best of the not so great options.
