As of January 1, 2004, all establishments in the City of Atlanta that serve alcohol such as bars, clubs, and restaurants are required to discontinue the serving of alcohol at 2:30am Monday through Saturday and 11:30 on Sunday and clear all patrons from from the establishment by 3am Monday through Saturday and Midnight on Sunday.
