I am obsessed with capoeira, the music the history the art, maybe ive found my next thing. For those that don't know what Capoeira is, it's an afro-brasilian form of martial art that combines fighting, dancing and music, the music is beautiful and the art is amazing.

Hands are for creating, feet are for destroying.

I feel like a butterfly caught in a jar. Most of the time im the jar... but this time I'm the butterfly... I just wish i knew what the jar was...Just let go, let me be free.

So i got the invoice for my 5 hour hospital stay... 4808.01 uhhh yah thats like almost a $1000 an hour... O_O

So yah i had a nice trip to the ER last night, I was having really bad stomach and abdominal pain so I went to the ER and they told me I have a 4mm kidney stone. Great more shit for me to deal with.
