Dear friends,
Pregnancy has its discomforts. I'm grateful I avoided one of the major ones, nausea/morning sickness. Overall it hasn't been too bad. Of course, some days are better than others. You kinda get used to each new thing, learn tips and tricks for handling it. I figured it would be like this going in. I'm trying hard to keep a positive attitude and look at all the amazing, wonderful aspects rather than dwelling on the sucky symptoms.
Friends, I'll make a deal with you: I will try not to complain [much] about the situation I knowingly created. If I do talk about symptoms, I'll attempt to either make it funny or ask for advice on what you've done to alleviate those discomforts. In exchange, I'd appreciate if you could help me out and not tell me about how much worse things are going to get in the future or how miserable your pregnancy was or your friend's sister's cousin etc. Staying positive will be a team effort. Deal? Thanks! :D
Also, I wouldn't blame you if all the prego talk bores you enough to unfriend me or hide my updates. Don't hang in there for my sake! For those of you who do read and respond, thanks for listening and bearing with me. I'll probably talk about other topics someday heh heh.

Since there are so many expecting ladies on my f-list, I want to recommend this Boppy wedge pillow accessory. It's the smaller pillow on top in the product picture. I unfold it and sleep on it with one half in front supporting my belly on its slight incline. The other half is behind me so it stays in place all night. This helped the morning back pain exponentially. The belly supporter Rob loaned me is great during daily activity. The wedge is better for sleeping. Only $20 at Target (or order from Amazon). I'll probably use it for newborn nursing as well once the time comes. Dual purpose!
