 Whenever I am in a public place in my slippers, it illicits many strange (and often nasty) looks? I always look nice (hair done, make up, nice clothes, etc), but if I do not need to wear shoes (all of my shoes, though cute, tend to be uncomfortable), I will wear my slippers instead. Dude, yeah I wear my slippers ALL the time and my PJs - definitely a country thing, but I get strange looks too! Fuck 'em they're just jealous!!!

HAHA!! Well... yes and no. I don't wear slippers in public for the SOLE (haha, get it?) REASON that i do not own them. However... the looks and random comments I get as I walk down Main Street, etc with bare feet make me really question: what is WRONG with you people? Must you be so uptight? Take your damn shoes off and get the rod out of your ass. You'll be feel better. I say- rock on with your comfy feet, woman.

I am too scurred of bare feets to walk around like that, even in my own haus. It's probably because My grandmother and Mrs DeOnis both scarred me for life, telling me I could get some sort of ring worm if I walked around in bare feet. No thanks!
