I have made a huge mistake. I have forgotten how much lovely house I have here for a mere 530 a month, including taxes and insurance. I have agreed to rent said house for $560 a month, worried only about covering my mortgage ( Read more... )

BTW, housing is pretty cheap out here, but the commute would be hell....

LOL...I'm not real flexible on the distance thing as it is, thanks. I want to be as close to the station as I am now. I save a fortune in gas...mostly because I never go anywhere. :-)
