Funniest sh*t EVER!
So, I have a little story to tell about what happened to me today.. FUNNIEST SH!T EVER!
First, I woke up around 1 pm today.. Jumped in the shower for a few mins, came out.. started shaving, brushing my teeth and all that crap.. so I was just about done everything and started just pulling my hair back and...
BOOM!!!!!
The cabinet door under my sink flies open, hits me in the leg, and while I'm grabbing my leg in pain, water starts spraying me in the face. I try to shut the cabinet door like any dumbass would.. trying to stop the flow of water or something.
Then I start yelling at my roommate telling him to call maintenance while I'm trying to hold the cabinet door shut. I couldn't keep the door shut and had to let go since it was the hot water pipe that blew out.
My roommate was on the phone with his Mom and trying to tell her he'd call her back. I keep yelling to him.. "DOOD!!!!! CALL MAINTENANCE!!!" while I'm still getting soaked. He looks into my bathroom and he's like WHAT THE FUCK!?!?! I tell him again to call maintenance.. In a panic, he tells me he doesn't know the number.. I'm like, "DOOD! Run next door to the office and tell them to get maintenance over here." He starts to run outside, but with no shoes.. and you know its hurricane season so its been drenching us day after day down here. So he scrambles to find his shoes and takes off running to the office.
About two minutes later, the maintenance guy follows my roommate into the apartment and was like.. "Holy SHIT!!" and I reply back with.. "AGREED!" So the maintenance guy runs out to the side of the apartment and shuts off the water. EFFIN' FUNNIEST SHIT EVER! HAHAAHAHHA.. MANNNNN!
After that, the cleanup began and I went out with my friends for some Pho... We also found a Filipino store down here so we got some Ube ice cream and some Hello Panda cookies.
So right now my place is being aired out by a giant fan under my carpet.. Here are some pictures below of the damage..
You can't really see the volume of water, but its about three inches deep, you can see one of my bug traps floating across the floor.
