Ok, first off, nothing i say can really change your outlook, it'll just offer you some other way of looking at things. If you decided to look that way or not is what changes your outlook. Now that that is said i'll begin.....
Many of us know (like you) how we want our lives to go, how things should (in our minds) fit together. The tricks to surviving and holding on to our values/morals/sanity is to never let what has happened cause us to question what we want to happen. You are old fashioned in a neo-tech age where everything is fasted passed where things like sex are like pollution. It's everywhere and it's gonna happen even when we don't want it to. All you really have to do is find out how what is happen can fit into how think/feel/believe. I know it's abstract advice but that can be the best kind some days.. :-D
