i like it when people tell me im doing a good job. more specifically, out on the field and the people are the veterans on the team. i didnt grow up playing sports like most people here so i never had that. it's nice to get compliments about how you've improved so much and how hard you're working, especially when they come from people you have a ( Read more... )
