wanna know how stupid some of our techs are??

person called in b/c norton kept on giving them a pop up saying his norton was expired. he was calling back in after 2 techs cleared msconfig, had him run chkdsk /r and he was calling back in to run a repair.

I was like, you got your system in 12/04. your NIS comes with a year subscription.. so it ran out 12/05, or sometime in january if he registered late. he was like, why couldn't the last 2 techs tell me this???

ON TOP OF THAT. the second tech that started him on chkdsk /r is an L2 now! *dies*
