I think I have a Masters Degree

Um... Well, I passed my Defense, Submitted my manuscript, went through three rounds of corrections and they told me that this last set is a-okay... So, do I have a Masters now? They didn't send an email saying, "Congratulations, you have a Masters." Do they even do that? What do I do now?
