Although I sympathize with grade 12s, I have to say that if I had to sacrafice my chance of getting into a good university for a reduction of ONE student from a class for the younger students, I would. Last year, they're weren't enough chairs and tables for our physics class.

If I had the time, I would be along side the teachers. In this case, the ends justifies the means, especially if it teaches Gordon Campbell and his Liberals a lesson in respecting LIMITED LEGAL withdrawl of essential services (i.e. before the teachers went on strike). Kill Bill 12.

I think it all depends on your goals. But since I go to a private school, I really shouldn't argue on somthing a know little about. This is more written to see what other people think. When you read it your supposed to want to make a response.. Lol.. looks like I didn't do that great a job :) :)

I see what you are saying though. It's just too bad that the government will sit there and as cambell says, not revise bill 12 and the students will sit there at home not learning.

P.s.- Do you think the teachers are setting a good example for the students???

"Know when you're not recieving the treatment and attention that your cause deserves?" "Stand up for yor rights"? I like these messages.

Teachers aren't just doing this to make their jobs easier, it's proven that students don't learn nearly as well when they have to compete with 30 other students for the attention of the one teacher.
