I stopped losing almost a year ago, until literally this week, but I would say the only reason things are different for me now, are all the therapy.
I know how you feel about gaining, and it sucks- but your waste line is not your worth.
We love you 12 pounds or not.

Boy does it suck to feel like you've lost ground! But you know, it *is* a hard struggle. Food is tricky, and genetics are tricky, and it's sometimes easier than others to keep those new good habits going.

But today? It's a new day. A new opportunity. And if you can keep starting over after three months or six months or ten months, then you're showing how strong your conviction is and each time you do something good for yourself those bad old habits will have a harder time coming back. I'm not saying they won't ever - but half the living of life is failing and then standing back up and continuing forward anyway.
