Errr, what happened to LJ, does anyone actually know?

Ack, it's remarkable how quickly you forget what links are what when you can't read them >_After the initial 'oh, I seem to be getting my LJ notifications in Russian, how funny . . . ' it is now getting rather irritating. I thought the fact that all the links I can see have changed into Russian would be a brief blip, but it's not gone back yet

You might want to open a support request regarding this. There are seem to be some issues with site language settings that developers are aware of, but your issue might be unrelated - better check to be sure.
