Sunday, the kids and I went to the Nature Center. They just opened a new section of the boardwalk and we had to go check it out. It was nice and they put in a cabin that people could spend the night in. It was very neat. I going to have to check out the prices on that. We also walked over to Reflection Riding to check out the ponds. The geese have

I've been on three or four of those trails. They are not for the weak. I usually have to stop two or three times on them. And yes, the best type of seat on a mountain bike is the kind that's just enough of a seat to keep your ass off the bike.

We should go riding sometime.
