Does anyone know of any Peruvian restaurants, preferably in the downtown area, that serve good pisco sours?

Lindee! May I be of service?

The best pisco sour in Manhattan is Sipan at 94th and Amsterdam.
The best pisco sour in New York is at Chimu at the Lorimer stop on the L in Williamsburg.
The best pisco sour in the world is at Punta Ballenas, KM 1164 of the Panamerican Highway in the Piura district of Peru. Ask for me.

Ah, but my dining companion prefers a downtown establishment!

search pisco sour on chowhound.com? i've come across a peruvian recommendation in the east village or union square area on there, but i don't know if the pisco sours were supposed to be any good. & my peruvian friend ines likes mancora, also in the east village. but again, she likes the food but i know nothing about how good the pisco sours are.
