I've just read on a posting on facebook quoting an article in Scarlet magazine, that the government is allowing employers to screen employers and potential employers for fetish/kink/S+M activities. Now as far as i know, if this was the case they would have to re-write the Sex Discrimination Act and the Gender Recognition act. I've tried to find

Why should what you do outside of work have any effect on what you do inside work. I think they must be confusing fetish with peodophilia[sp?] or something.

If you want to look at legislation in this area, it would be the European Convention on Human Rights, now incorporated into law here.
